    This Creamy Tuscan Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta is a restaurant-worthy dish made at home! It features a luscious garlic-Parmesan cream sauce, tender sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh spinach—perfect for a comforting yet elegant meal.

    👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions

    • Cook pasta:

      • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
    • Sauté garlic & tomatoes:

      • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
    • Make the sauce:

      • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes until thickened. Add pasta water if needed to loosen sauce.
    • Add greens & pasta:

      • Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Toss in cooked pasta and mix until coated. Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
    • Serve:

      • Plate warm and garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh basil if desired.
