    These low-carb spinach tortillas are a quick, nutritious wrap alternative made with eggs, almond flour, and fresh spinach—ready in just 20 minutes. Each wrap has only 1g net carbs, making them perfect for stuffing with your favorite healthy fillings.

    • Blend the batter:

      • In a blender, combine spinach, eggs, almond flour, flaxseed, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and bright green.
    • Preheat the pan:

      • Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
    • Cook the wraps:

      • Pour about 1/4 of the batter into the pan and tilt to spread it evenly into a thin circle. Cook for 1-2 minutes until set, then flip and cook another 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
    • Cool and fill:

      • Let wraps cool slightly before filling with your choice of low-carb fillings like cheese, or hummus and veggies.
