    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

    • Whisk dry ingredients: In a large bowl, mix oat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

    • Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs (or flax eggs), maple syrup, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.

    • Combine: Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

    • Pour batter into loaf pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.

    • Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are okay).

    • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
