Brownie Layer:
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup cacoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Caramel Layer:
1 cup pitted dates, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
1/4 cup almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Chocolate Topping:
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
Prepare the Brownie Base
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
Mix until a dough forms.
Press the dough evenly into a lined 8x8-inch pan. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Make the Caramel Layer
In a food processor, blend soaked dates, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Spread the caramel evenly over the brownie base.
